Installation and Commissioning by our certified guaranteed the instruments is operational at the earliest opportunity and accurate performance is available from the start. Close lesion with our technical ensure the exercise is conducted quickly and efficiently. Our engineers are also providing basic training to enable technical person.
WARRANTY SOUPORT
All of our supplied items, we are providing one year Warranty from the date of installation. All labors with parts will be provided free of charge within warranty time. After Warranty Any service will be chargeable as per standard protocol. The warranty dose not apply if any repair has made or attempt others then by INTERLAB SOLUTION. Warranty does not apply to any failure of product due to alteration, Modification, Misuse, abuse, accident, improper maintenance or installation, use of others not supplied by INTERLAB SOLUTION failure to otherwise meet manufacture specification.
SERVICE & SPARE PARTS
Service call response within 72 hours
Major Board/Spare Parts Replacement within 20 days.
APPLICATION SOUPPORT
In addition to engineer support, our experience Application can provide invaluable assistance to our customers with quarries relating to the application or operation of an instrument.
SYSTEM VALIDATION
We do your system validation including IQ OQ & PQ documentation by our well-trained Engineer.
ANAUAL MAINTANCE CONTRACT
We do annual Maintenance Contract to the Customers beyond warranty period for better & Smooth running of instruments.
TROBLE SHOOTING
Trouble shooting and diagnosis service are also offered by to our clients as standard service charge.
